If you want to include the full-formula of your compound, you
can use the SMILES format. A SMILES string is
a way to describe a chemical structure in a line of text.
You can use Chemdraw to generate such a string: select the structure using a
selection tool, then from the "Edit" menu, point to "Copy as"
and then choose SMILES. You just need to paste this string in the form field
using the right mouse button.
